This stuff is hilarious to read....Burg fans seem to be very sensitive to the fact that alot of people are predicting a win by West. A few West fans (and fans of other clubs) are predicting a huge blowout, but so are a few Burg fans, so that is a mute point. I won't predict a score but think West will win this one. Best of luck to West, they have worked HARD since the beginning of the year and it shows.

Ummm...people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. I know of a HUGE trailer park behind the softball fields in WBurg! This is why I can't stand people from the Burg...they think they are so much better than everyone else. Now let's get back to talking up the football game! GO WEST!

I have a daughter that lives in that mobile home park. She is single and works 2 jobs and has 3 kids. There is no problem there. Why you bring that up? Tell me?? LOL!

After watching both teams play im going with west over burg 21-7....If aaron williams couldn't get to the outside on west i dont see shankweiller being able to do it..no disrespect to him it's just that both the williams brothers have blazing speed and couldn't get anywhere burg is going to have to run up the middle if they want to have any success at all...and when i watched west against minford none of their 3 running backs were taken down on first contact and they always seem to fall forward!

One williams wasnt in the offense but if you watch the game again, 2nd half Minford was getting great yards pulling 2 guards and getting outside. West defense was a little tired. I was at the game and I made that comment to my brother that the sider LBs were not able to make the plays. They were getting tired and hand s were on the hips. #23 or #2 for Minford was getting good yards with those pulling gaurds!!

I would like to say good luck to both teams and let's hope for an injury free game heading into the playoffs. Just hope for a little more luck for the Burg side and a little less for the West side. Both teams need to stay healthy and make a long playoff run for southern ohio.

They are now saying abot a 70% chance of rain now on Friday.

Who does that favor more?

Like someone said earlier, neither team has played in the rain this year, so could cause a slippery pigskin.

I still think turnovers and field position will be a key factor. With the way Bryan White has been punting the ball last few weeks, that could be huge if he can keep pinning West deep anytime Burg has to punt.

After watching film on just about every Wheelersburg game this season. I dont see anyone tackling Pendleton and Swords consistently for 4 quarters.
