Lets be realistic here people. Like it or not, the TVC is a weak conference compared to the MVL. For example, last year, Crooksville's only victory of the season came at Nelsonville. The top 3 TVC teams (NY, Meigs, and Trimble (lost to Crooksville this year), could not compete with the likes of Sheridan, New Lex, Tri Valley, or John Glenn. This is not a slam on Meigs, just a reality check.

Heck this year Miami beat the last years undefeated Patriots. As we have seen in bowl games even OSU can CHOKE. The Panthers my assume they will win but we all know what ASSUME means!

Meigs can take this win tonight. If they really do put their minds to it and get their heads in the game, and with all the supporting going on for the marauders, Im pretty sure that they are in the zone for tonight. There is no doubt in my mind that the marauders can do some good tonight. Do not let people get you down, and dont walk on the field tonight with a negative thought. You boys know you can win this one , just play hard and repressent Meigs High School well. We are already so proud of you for playing a very good season, and for even getting to this level. GO MARAUDERS!

Hey, I think it is great for Meigs and their community for making the playoffs. There is nothing quite like being able to compete in week 11 and beyond. Great job by Meigs players and their coaches. I was just responding to a poster who said to show New Lex what the TVC was all about. I agree that anything can happen, but I do not think that Meigs will upset New Lex. I think it will be fairly close until the midcle of the 3rd quarter, and then New Lex will take over. Just my opinion.

In case you have not leaft yet, there are large traffic signs in New Lexington to direct you to parking. Be safe, and have fun, and there is a ton of places to eat after the game.

Stop at the NL Band Boosters stand for some good game food, and enjoy the night.
