I don't think it was a cheap shot. The defender was going all out and thought he was going to meet the player with the ball. That being said i do think that the defender should have been penalized, but it was not a cheap shot.

Orestes and Qualified 101

You two should get out from behind your computers and become radio announcers or better yet buy tickets and go to the games.

The two of us that do the games have kids attending Nelsonville. WE are Buckeyes. WE are not professionals. My partner is good at play by play. Myself on the other hand...I'm not very good...we do the best we can. We call the game the way we see it. Nothing more nothing less. I did not apply for the job...I was asked.

Derek Arnold is the best running back we have seen. Most of these kids playing grew up before our eyes and we care about them. I'm not originally from Nelsonville and neither is my partner but we've adopted it as our home. I always say that if I was in a fox hole fighting the enemy, I'd welcome N-Y kids in a New York minute.

Congrats to the Buckeyes. You have nothing to be ashamed of. You played very well. You are champions. "Never underestimate the heart of a champion".

do you feel better now rico? since you are bringing it up, i was trying to give play by play to the people tuning in to seops but it was practically impossible with what was being said or not said. by the time either of you got around to mentioning who, how many, and where the ball was spotted, the next play was being ran. it was very hard to keep up. apparently i offended you and your cohort and for that i apologize. great season buckeyes!

NY_busted_nut...your post doesn't make much sense. Are you from NY? If you are, were you rooting for LU? You seem to be applauding their win. Or maybe you're happy that NY only got beat by 1 point. I don't know, but last time I checked it doesn't matter what the score is as long as you win the game...that's what LU did.

Frozen...It is a saying, "nuff said", made up by a Trimble Alum when they beat us a few years ago. It's merely a jab at us Buckeyes. However...the pleasure of the saying this year is that WE can say 41-13...well... I'm not going to say it...

From the number of posts and the date she signed on, I can make an educated guess and say that the poster is a female, she's from Trimble and signed on under a made up "Buckeye" name. She has a really bad contagious disease called "Buckeye Envy", has a big round mouth and one huge brown eye. And I'm not talking about the one that winks.

Good luck against the 'Burg.
