Why even go into this subject? Until TVC selection rules are changed,Alll anything is meaningless.The possible exception being Player of the Year.Players will be named to all TVC teams based on order of team finish,leaving some who deserve to be there off,and placeing some who do not on these teams. Even coach of the year is questionable,typically goes to coach of 1st place team,even if another coach may have done a better coaching job that season.I have been a big sceptic of this system ever since the league was formed.

Correct there SD. The TVC has taken the politically correct route with it's all conference teams.

Sad but true bluetraveler, just because you win your league dosnt mean you have the best talent.This year I think that Meigs and Wellston had as good if not better overall talent than the Champs N-Y did.I beleive next year will be a dog fight again between those three schools,and you can throw in Athens and Belpre to that mix too.TVC Ohio had alot of outstanding Juniors this year.

These honors should go to the atheletes that had the biggest impact on the league...

That said, I would predict that the majority should go to the league champions...

How could coach of the year go to anyone other than the coach of the championship team?????? That coach is the one that accomplished the most in the league...right???

Well my vote which I dont get would go to Coach Chancey of Meigs this year .The first ever playoff birth .

I agree that coach Chancey is a class act ..... This is an honor, but, did he have the biggest impact in the LEAGUE????

In my opinion yes he did.They lost alot of good seniors from 2007, and yet came real close to winning the league.I watched the film and had it not been for a outstanding performance by D.Arnold of N-Y ,Meigs would have won that game.
