Re: WVA playoffs anyone?
Parkersburg South went from 0-10 to 8-2 this year and a 10th ranking. Their only two losses to 4-6 Warren and 4-6 Marietta. Warren held South to 41 yards of total offense. While one can't argue with the Big Reds of the last several years and the sucess of Williamstown, it was Belpre that knocked off the YellowJackets from their 50 some game regular season winning streak. I will defend WV on the fact that sometimes a 5-5 team makes the playoffs because they have so many fewer schools that Ohio. Population is not their fault. But I would like to see them square off against a Logan, Lousiville, Poland Seminary, Sheridan many others, How About Williamstown and New Lexington? Well I have run down about Ohio/WV teams and will retire from my soapbox.

I WAS RAISED IN WILLIAMSTOWN AND GRADUATED FROM WHS. LOVE MY YELLOWJACKETS AND AM PROUD OF ALL THEIR ACCOMPLISHMENTS - ACADEMICALLY AND ATHLETICALLY.
I AGREE THE CENSUS IS A HANDICAP FOR WV SCHOOLS BUT THE OVERALL PERCENTAGE OF QUALITY OHIO ATHLETES HAS TO BE GREATER.
AND YOU MAY GET YOUR SHOWDOWN BETWEEN PARKERSBURG OR WILLIAMSTOWN AND AN OHIO TEAM IN A FEW YEARS

I love reading up on any high school football.
With all of the live games shown by fox sports it would be nice to see some W.va AND kENTUCKY GAMES ADDED.

I am gonna go see the Mount Hope Mustangs and Man Hillbillies tonight
the running back for Mount Hope, DeVon Marion is up for the Kennedy award the top player in WV
35 rushing td's, over 1500 yards
could be a good game

Hate to see it come to pass, but it'd make a helluva gate at Wheeling Island Stadium if Weirton Madonna makes final vs. Wheeling Central.
Those are my picks regardless because I can't see any team in WV south of the Mason/Dixon line making it to the 'A' final.
Would have to say Keyser and Grafton in 'AA' would be nice, but never count out Bluefield.
In 'AAA' it's gotta be South Charleston (11-0) and Wheeling Park, unless Martinsburg gets on a roll. We know they can't play in the mud but they're tough.
