A good turnout in the weight room would really help out the Tornadoes.

I AGREE IT ALL STARTS IN THE WEIGHT ROOM AND THE MORE PLAYERS IN THERE THE BETTER. I ALSO THINK ALL OF THE RETURNING PLAYERS SHOULD HIT UP THEIR FREINDS WHO ARE NOT PLAYING AND GET THEM TO JOIN THE TEAM. NUMBERS GOING UP CAN HELP A LOT.

A good turnout in the weight room can help if the person in charge of the weight room knows what he is doing.
But one thing that I think is more important than the weight room is plyometrics. You can be as strong as you want, but if you can't move you will not be good.

Wont matter if he does stay now that the best player on that team will be wearing green next year. May I be the first to say...

southern had 700 yards last season? I can't hardly believe that, maybe next year they can reach 1000 yards for the year.

Well he said the one kid had almost 700, and the other had 20. So I would guess he means as a team they had around 700. Him being an O-lineman, he should be ashamed to get on here and post that info. I would be.

Wow hardhitter you are proud of being the best in neigs county. What an accomplishment. If I remember right neigs wanted nothing to do with easton when a Trimble guy coached them.

Dont let the purple passion boys drag you down 31. We are glad to have you and look forward to you running for over 200 yards and 3 scores in week 10 next year. Count on it...
