Meadowbrook makes the most centrally located sense.... 2nd Rd and beyond OHSAA likes to make turf... FF D will be tested in this one... FF will score without much trouble... I'm gonna say highest scoring game in the state Friday... have to say I'm pulling for FF

Marietta is such a great choice for the Cadet Nation. It will feel like Beverly. The parking does suck and the visitor seating is bad. Barnesville being the away team they'll be on that side. I figure all of Washington County will be there Friday.

Wow, only thing I can figure is Meadowbrook didn't put in to host, if they did, I'd say Barnesville got a raw deal with field location....

Marietta is a much nicer facility. More overall seating. Even if Fort did get a little bit of an advantage with location they earned it.

Granted, visitor seating is pretty woeful, but in all honesty, you are going to have more seating than what you would have had at Meadowbrook. I've been to playoff games at both locations, and Marietta is much better from a seating perspective, and in my opinion, parking as well. At Byesville, if you don't get there early, bring your walking shoes. Plus, only one way in and out there. I agree with Dspy that parking is not all that grand in Marietta either, but you don't have to walk nearly as far to get in the stadium.
