It is a shame that this has been going on this long. 0-20 and no help in site.
This coach and staff can not get it done. Please bring back Dailey. Heck this coach makes Pat Laughlin look like Pete Carroll

He's doing the best he can with what he's got. He knows his weaknesses and has tried to surround himself with better assistants. The BOE declined his request by not approving Valentine and Justice. Together, they have over 50 years of experince. Both have coached at the DI or D1AA levels as well as countless HS's. They even have HC experience. Say what you want about them, but they know football and bring a lot to the table. Justice is so dedictaed that he's been known to sleep in the field house Friday nights watching film instead of driving back to Lancaster and returning the next morning.
I know nothing about Detillion or how good or bad of a coach he is, but there's way more to that problem than just him. There are A LOT of HC's out there who wouldn't look like half the coach they do now, only b/c they have good assistants. Heck, he might be a pretty good HC if he had experienced coaches surrounding him. It's just like a player. the people around a certain player can make him much better than he would be by himself.
that school needs to figure out if they want to have a successful football program or not. It takes a school, an administration and a town to start and support a football program but only needs the staff to coach it. If they have only one or two of the formentioned elements, it won't work.It takes everyone.

Why Dailey?

Dailey had the program going in the right direction until some whiney parents complained. Little johnny didn't get to play QB. There have been 4 winning seasons since 1983. Dailey has two of them.

95: 5-4 (4-2)

02: 6-4 (5-2)

I don't know much. But I do know Tim Dailey will never coach football or anything else at Unioto again. Besides that, who says he wants too? He's living proof of what the problems are at Unioto. They had a treasure, they think it was trash. The record speaks for its self. Coaches coach, players coach, tell it like it is. Peolpe at Unioto don't like that very much. Makes them look bad. They don't deserve a person like Coach Dailey. Go talk to his former players and coaches who have worked with him, I have. They hold him as high as their own fathers, some higher. Enough said.

Is this the same Karl Justice that was asked to leave Chilli and the same one in which Paint Valley had him stop coaching and just do stats and the same Karl Justice that lists Terry Bowden, Tommy Bowden and Jimbo Fisher as reverences on his resume? If so than wow!
