I tell u what that keith Wetzel sure has been hittin the weights hard at ironton i even see him runnin in between weightlifting he's a beast he told me that he is now up to a 3.9 40 yard dash he is so awesome i hope one day to be as good as keith he's a champion

Bucknut, not to refute what you say but a 3.9, 40 is faster than the gold medal winner in China this past year.

Keith has not lifted 1 time during the X-Mas break, so don't blow so much smoke OK.

Id have to say that from what ive seen keith is a good football player and has alot of heart and determination on the field. But he most likely ran a 4.9 not a 3.9 40 yard dash, this thread is about who works hard not by bashing people.

Ralph Whittington, Is working very hard . He is benching 320 now ,30 reps. Squat 650 25 reps. He is now running a 3.65 40 .He will be a force next season.

Keith has a lot of heart and when he works out, he gives it his all. I think at weight lifting over the Christmas break, the most that showed up was 7. I'm sure that after the break is over, alot of the boys will be back at it, working hard. They have a really good group of boys that work out regularly and there are quite a few of them playing basketball right now. Definately looking forward to football this season. :aaaaa59
