might want to check on that. Anytime a kicked ball goes into the end zone, it's a touchback in high school.

A 101 yard kick-off return in the state of Ohio is impossible. By rule, if the a kick-off breaks the plain of the goal line, it is an automatic touchback.

Dead ball, touch back ball on the 20. The rule has not always been that way but is now.

If you caught it and then dropped it, it would be a fumble recovery not a kick return. If you did not have possession, it would be a "muff" and therefore a touchback.

well what if some dumbass catches the kickoff on the 5 and runs sideways for 10 yrds, then gets hit, and fumbles, the ball goes 5 yrds back in his teams endzone, and one of his teamates picks it up from there and takes it back? lol?

Well....the FUMBLE return would be 100 plus yards, but that wouldnt be considered a kickoff return. At least it wouldnt make sense to me if it would be.
