Unfortunate (perhaps embarrassing is a better word) that Jackson and Athens the big fish can't do the right thing here and change this up and have Wellston play Warren and Jackson play Athens.

That's on Wellston and Jackson. Wellston seems to love getting their heads kicked in week 1 and Jackson seems to like doing it.

Athens left the SEOAL in 2005. Athens played 2006 and 2007 for contracts. Athens added Jackson for 2012 and 2013. Athens won 21-14 and 49-0. Jackson got out of the contract in 2014 because of the River Valley excuse. RV joined the TVC in 2010 or 2011.

I think Logan really wanted to go to the MSL back when Canal was there. Seemed like when the 4-lane opened up around Logan [70s] we started hearing things but never from someone directly from the school.

Jackson used to use Athens as a welcome mat when they were in the Seoal. I mean some serious beatings . Burrow and company beat Jackson down as they did everyone . Athens dropped Jackson as they knew the tides would turn during the post borrow era. Jackson could be named the score last year and for the foreseeable future .

93, just a response to Raider taking shots at Jackson. I know Athens is a good club. He likes to shake people up so I have to return the favor .
But I will say Athens would have Trouble matching the physicality of Jackson on both sides of the ball .

Im not sure Athens will have a player under 250 on the line. Every one is back including a couple 6'4 280lb tackles. Size and physicality are the attributes I'm least concerned about.

Athens should be pretty good at every position. RB is the concern. Roback was the JV running back but be interesting if Davis moves to RB. 6' 190 pound freshman

How is Wellston going to be this year? Last year Wellston had some very athletic kids
