Portsmouth 20 14 0 7 – 41

Marietta 0 0 14 0 – 14

INDIVIDUAL STATISTICS

RUSHING – Portsmouth — Myers 21-205, Jackson 13-159, Royster 6-161, Kennedy 4-39, Reeves 1-11, Cosby 2-1, Collins 1-1. Marietta — Wheeler 14-73.

PASSING – Portsmouth: Myers 2-4-0 33. Marietta: McKitrick 7-15-2 57.

RECEIVING – Portsmouth: Staker 1-26, Royster 1-7

Record — Portsmouth 6-3 (4-2); Marietta 1-7

TOUCHDOWNS BY;

RUSHING; MYERS (2), ROYSTER (2), KENNEDY (1)
RECEIVING; STAKER (1) from Myers

It's very possible the rushing title in the SEOAL could go to a QB. Myers has about 900 on the season. Josh has to start getting consideration for player of the year honors. Angle will win it, but what a season Myers has had this year.

I couldn't agree more with you BigTime on Myers. If my stats are correct he has read like this.

879 RYDS
780 PYDS
11 RTD'S
8 PTD'S
5.42 AYPC
161 RA

He will end up around 2000 tyds, double digit TD's in pass and rushing. That's a great season and still another one to come. It would be awesome if he leads the league in rushing as a QB. Has that happened before and if so can some one post who and what year it happened.

Anyone know what the rushing total is for Jon Royster of Portsmouth? I didn’t see him in the top rushers, and with the 161 yards he picked up last night I would have thought he would have over 300, but I don’t know.

As always, great job on noreply66. I always love to see everyone’s stats.

Also, Royster has several TD's this year. Does anyone have all of his stats for the year.

OK I did some work and looked up Royster’s stats from newspaper articles. By my count Jon only has 266 yards, so Noreply was right. ;-)

However while looking up Jon's stats I found out that he has 7 TDs, 5 of which are rushing, and 42 total points. Jon has been left off the TD, and rushing TD list. Here are the games and TD's that I have for him.
Jackson 1 rushing
Chillicothe 1 rushing
Gallia Academy 1 punt return
Warren 1 rushing
Ironton 1 rushing, 1 receiving
Marietta 1 rushing

I also have him with 15 receptions for 133 yards, which would put him on the reception list as well. Here are the stats I have for receptions.
South Point 3-25
West 5-73
Warren 2-22
Ironton 4-6
Marietta 1-7

Also I noticed that you have Josh Myers listed with 11 rushing TDs and 8 passing, but in the total TDs you just have him as 11. I don't know which is right, but just thought I would bring it to your attention.

As always great job on this stuff, hope I was able to help out.

I haven't been getting many stats on Royster----Thanks for them

Total TDs are made TDs--a QB doesn't get passing TD for total made that goes to the reciever. If I counted them that would be counting them twice for stats.
