I told everybody, that Valley is for REAL!!! I'm telling you, they have some kids that are winners, they have been winning since they were in 3rd grade. In every sport. I know that they lost alot last year, but they have some Studs coming up to take their place. It's always good to see the SOC prove their power. Great Job Valley, see you in about 7 weeks!!!

good win for the Indians tonight. very impressed with the play of the line on both sides of the ball. This really sets the tone for the rest of the season. Alot of improvements from week one.

CG is really underachieving with a tremendous group of athletes. Keep beating up on avg to poor teams and get beat by teams your talent level...

Possibly, but to counter that...beating Wheelersburg and Valley back to back is NO easy task. No shame in losing to both those teams. No room for error now for the hornets. Still a BIG points game with Fairland coming up...

The Grove will have an off week and then travel to Ready...better get back to foot-foot smashmouth, slobberknockin football.

Good win for the Indians last night. Made some big plays on defense to change the game late in the second quarter. Nate Arnett didn't have a ton of rushing yards like the last few weeks but had 2 picks (one was a pick 6) and 19 tackles. Great games out of Zach Shope and Matt Rawlings. This team is coming together nicely. That is 13 straight regular season wins, 15 out of 16 and 23 out of 26 total. This group feels like they will win every time they step on the field.

It is time to focus on a Chesapeake team that pulled out a huge win last night. There is still a lot of work and a few capable teams between now and then, but Valley's next 5 opponents are a combined 1-14, so 8-0 going into the Burg game is not out of the question. Peake, Waverly, and West will have a lot to say about that, but it is not out of the question. I know that the team and coaching staff will not overlook anyone and continue to improve each day in practice.

As for the Grove....Bare is a player. That kid took an absolute beating last night and just kept getting up and going back and making plays. He can play for me any day. That team is going to win its fair share of games this season.

Bare can't continue to take those type of hits on a regular basis. O-line needs to get some 'old-school' individual work.

Congrats to the Valley Indians on a dominate performance. Coal Grove has showed once again that it doesn't deserve to be mentioned in the same sentence as the SOCII contenders. Take the lumps against Ready and then focus on winning the OVC and trying to salvage something out of the season.

Great game by both squads ! When the Grove scored on there first drive with there passing game firing on all cylinders I thought we were going to be in for a long night ! But coach Crabby made some adjustments and the D stiffened and laid there ears back and got pressure on the QB and forced some errant throws ! I liked what I seen in the D i feel this unit is starting to gel on D . To Valley one game at a time just like last year and fear no one ! Good Luck to the Grove and Valley going forward !
