Because 99.3 almost always broadcasts a different game on the internet than what they put on the radio itself...especially when there is another significant game being played.

Because not everybody can get video live via the Valley website, I would imagine. That, and they aren't affiliated with the school. So, if they can get sponsors for both games, then it's financially better for the station. Those would be my guesses.
