Re: Week 3: South Gallia(2-0) @ Trimble(0-2)
Im going to talk to south gallia's AD and see if he wants to hire next year's officiating crew from the backroads bar.
Re: Week 3: South Gallia(2-0) @ Trimble(0-2)
south gallia had 15 seniors according to the program. Trimble has 8 seniors, one of them was out last week due to lingering concussion symtoms. But they are playing alot of sophomoresKing of Kings wrote:I find it very entaining to read all the past post of South Gallia's games and everyone from S.G. post that they need to clean it up. Guess what Sg fans. They didnt clean it up and they got beat. If you continue to play like that it will catch up with you again. The fact that they have done it for three weeks should negate any officiating finger pointing. Their own fans stating on every game that this was and is an issue. Go read the threads.
As for the rest of the people bashing tvc and officiating. Until you morons grow up and look in the mirror the tvc hocking will always be considered a joke. Its a d6 league that teams will go up and down during years. They don't have 200 boys grades 9-11 in the school to reload year in and year out. Some years teams will struggle some years they will be good. It is kids learning valuable lessons that the classroom can't teach. Noone in the league wakes up in the morning and says, "You know I thing Im going to stick it to a bunch of 14-18 year old kids today because Im in a bad mood." South Gallia had atleast half a dozen opportunities to blow Trimble out of the game early and didn't capatilize. When Trimble came back SG coaches panicked and kids lost control of emotions period. I seen on TV three different occasions that SG kids pushing Trimble kids way after the whistle goading a fight. 2 of which wasn't called. That is undisciplined football and will cost you games period. I will agree with tomcat dad. If south gallia can clean it up, I think they have the type of team with athletes can give Wahama all they want. First, they have to believe they can win. Second, when Wahama makes plays and they will make plays, SG cannot panic and lose emotional control. Also, agree #11 is a very good football player. SG had several good running backs. Would like to know exactly how many seniors SG had. I know Trimble is young according to co-worker.

The reason South Gallia is crying over the officiating is they are use to hiring refs that cheat for them so when they go somewhere like Trimble with respectable officials they think they get cheated.

Has far as the refs in glouster go, welcome to the TVC, its been that way for years.
The only thing weak in this league is you G.W.A. If you had played sports we might be able to take you seriously.

No game has ever happened in which at least at least one person did not complain about the officiating.

I am a fan of the tvc but i'am not blinded by love when it comes to seeing the facts that we dont stack up in the buckeye state with other schools the same sizeFred G. He man, I really think you took way to many hits as a youngster... If I was the one that did this to you I must admit that I am real sorry as I didn't realize that I was hurting people that bad.

Rebels need to get focused on another long trip to Miller and not even worry about what happened at Trimble. No matter how you wanna look at it, it goes down as an L on the record and it can't be changed. Focus on Miller, get the W, and then get ready for a huge game against Wahama.

Look out fellas we gots us an all stater here

What this boils down to is SG fans are mad cause one of their best teams ever, maybe their best, couldn't beat one of Trimbles worst. But since we have coaches in the right spots now things are going to be better.

Read my post pal. I was commenting on two different points. The first being your patting yourself on the back for supposedly being selected to the All Ohio team. The second was directed to all the SG posters whining about poor officiating. Which in itself is hilarious coming from anyone from SG. Maybe you can't follow along very well? In the future I will try to limit my posts to just one topic so you can keep up.

Re: Week 3: South Gallia(2-0) @ Trimble(0-2)
And you would have to be correct, Trimble went from 1984 (Danny Lackey) to 1989 (Brent Swaro, Jerry Pastor, and Todd Fouts) without a All State player. So if he graduated in 1989 as stated that would be the 1988 football season meaning his So. and Jr. yrs would have been 1986 (Trimble was 3-7) and 1987 (Trimble was 1-9) if my math is correct. Trimble didn't even have a player who was all TVC both of those years according to trimblefootball.com .The Enforcer wrote:Well if He went to Trimble, Im calin BS on the All State thing UNLESS it was in something other than Football
