i'm not sure what our record is for most points in a game. i know we scored 68 a few yrs ago beatin portsmouth 68-14 to give them the first loss at their new diggs. i'm wantin to say we put up 70 some on waverly back in the 90's

Our boys are going to show up and give the Burg 4 quarters of Buckeye Football.
I don't give a darn if anyone on this sites respects our boys or not, but our boys respect Wheelersburg and after the game Saturday night the Burg coaches, players, and fans will respect Nelsonville-York. Win or lose.
Saturday will be a fun night!!
GO BUCKS GO!!
NOBODY is disrespecting your boys!
Geez when you have a topic about two teams it seems unless you come in and say... awwww both teams are swell! good luck to both and don't get hurt, after all there are no losers.
Bull! I state my opinion and others as well and it's disrespectful? COM'N MAN! You make a comment like that and your a Mod?
I guess no one can have so much confidence in your team that it Butt hurts the other team. Better yet let's make a topic that says "only neutral at a boy ass pats"

Burg By 35!
or is that disrespectful?
I wasn't implying anyone was......
I haven't once felt like anything anyone has written is or was disrespectful on this thread.
Saying I don't care if anyone respects our boys or not wasn't written to imply that I feel like we haven't gotten any respect. I was implying that respect is earned on the field.
Sorry you got butt hurt about what I said.
you saying that you don't give a darn if NY is respected or not says that you think that they are.

Go Bucks, but I am afraid Burg will be way too strong in this one.

If NY has a balanced passing game this one could be really interesting. If not, might be a 2-3 TD win for Burg.

I've been saying this will be a close game, but the more I think the more I start to believe Burg will start to pull away in the 3rd quarter. I'll change my pick to Burg by at least 17.

That's great news. I wonder, back in 1980 when that record was set did they have their starting QB in the game with under 2 minutes left throwing a pass for the final TD to extend the lead to 47 points? Must have been working on the passing game. ;)

NY had 62 at half. They could have put 90 on ZT

Question for the NY people.

Prior to the injury of the senior NY RB was the freshman Wilburn kid in the offense? Or did he simply just take that spot over once the injury occurred?

He Did play he didn't play a lot though.
He has made some big plays throughout the season.
I think Vinton County is the only game he didn't play at all in because he got a slight concussion against Jackson that Monday.

He has around 623 all purpose yards and I think 8 touchdowns this year.

Good luck, Buckeyes.

Glad to see N-Y back in the second round of the playoffs. Survive and advance.

Still waiting on NY to change things up in their kickoff coverage! It is down right pathetic . Weather it is scheme or personnel .. Something has to change.

I was there and saw the Jackson Frosh vs. NY JV game that he got hurt in, but he clearly was good player. His mom is from Oak Hill, knew her growing up, and she was very good athlete.

What were the rough stats of the RB that got injured? Plugging in a freshman at that spot and getting the results you did Saturday is amazing. Be tougher this week probably for the entire NY offense, but I am looking forward to this game.

Mount had 1597 yards rushing. He averaged over 13 yards a carry.
With mount out we use both Keegan and Andrews at tailback and bring in Onail to play fullback when Andrews is lined up at Tailback.
