I was expecting a much better performance by the Rockets than I seen last night. Lets hope we things together by next Saturday.

I work wit a ZT coach Louie and said the score was not indicative of how good a team wellston is. Said they are pretty good. Maybe not as good as the Dandyman claims, like ready to line up against O-State. But he says the are not the old rockets.

I have high expectations because Wellston has everyone back from last year with a big senior class. They lose a lot after this season, so if their going to have a winning record and shock some people I would think it would be this year. They could not move the ball at all against ZT. Frustrating. Not to mention they had a key player go down with an injury. I just expected a much better performance.

Hate to hear of injuries this early. Don't blame you for having high expectations, as I have them too. But I know you have a proven coach who is bringing a new offensive scheme in. It takes time to install and perfect. Not to mention ZT is a early favorite to win the SVC. I truly believe wellston will do well this year and the TVC will be a very competitive conference. Although they may not win this week I have to say I believe Jackson better be ready for a fight! Think you see a lot of improvement this week, and due to the rivalry an upset may happen. Good luck and stay healthy.

No reason in a scrimmage if kids are getting hurt to risk further injury and/or show your playbook any more than you have to, shut it down and live to fight another day.

Saturday will be very competitive game, Rockets should do well.
