When was the last membership change for the SVC? Last one that I remember was Unioto poking their nose into the South Central Ohio League corral in the mid - 1970's. They quickly scurried back to whence they came (two years, I think?) after getting cuffed around pretty thoroughly (and blowing a lot of diesel fuel out of their bus exhausts in doing so).

The only FAC school I could see fitting well in the current SVC would be McClain - size, recent program direction, and long-term prospects would seem like a good fit. But who wants a nine-team league?

Now, If the SVC wanted to undertake a massive change and move to a larger, big-school/small-school setup, adding WCH/MT/Chillicothe/Circleville/Logan Elm and shoving Unioto into the same division...

I think before the FAC was officially ‘formed’ they reached out to the SVC and asked to form a big/small division.

Honestly tho, the SVC adding a bunch of bigger schools and forcing Unioto to play in a division with them honestly is probably the only way that Unioto will ever get "forced out"

Maybe but I could also see Unioto just doing away with sports. Save money and then they wouldn’t have to play big schools this would be a win for everyone.

Unioto canning their Athletic department to avoid the FAC would be hilarious... I can't even lie.
