Congrats to Logan. They have an outstanding football team. Pat Angle might be the best QB I have ever seen in the SEOAL, and in SE Ohio, for that matter. He has all the tools and I hope he gets a look from some D1 schools. Good luck to the Chiefs the rest of the year. Hope they win state!

I'm extremely proud of how hard the Ironmen played tonight. They had a good gameplan and they executed it pretty well most of the night. They just happened to be playing the best team in SE Ohio. Every one of the boys wearing Red & White should be proud of the way they played. Now they need to regroup and get a win next week to get into the playoffs. They CAN beat Zanesville, and I think they will.

Let's go Ironmen...8-2 and the playoffs!

Great game tonight.

Logan's offense played as well as they have all season, and looked GREAT for the first time since week 3. Angle played well, completing 18 of 20 passes for 250 yards and 4 TDs. All three receivers were great as usual.

Jackson had a great game plan and played well. They are going to be a force in the SEOAL if Coach Hall is there for the next few years. Lots of good young players and the Halls had a great game plan.

Good Luck to the Ironmen next week.

Joe Eitel has been updated. While everything isn't final for this week yet, it looks like Jackson no longer controls its own destiny. A few teams behind the Ironmen got big wins this week and have jumped them for the moment. It appears Jackson will now have to beat Zanesville AND get some help to get into the playoffs. It would have been nice to be in a "win and you're in" scenario, but it doesn't look like that's the case as of right now.

It's still simple though. Beat Zanesville and see what happens.

Congratulations to the Logan Chieftains on winning the SEOAL title........LHS has proven for 4 straight years they are the cream of the crop in our league.

Jackson is having a fine season under first year coach Andy Hall.......looks like the Ironmen program is in good shape under his guidance.
