Rock hill ran a throw back screen. That would not be treating it like a scrimmage.
They couldn’t move the ball after the first series.
I would think that would be the perfect time to call a trick play during a scrimmage. Not sure if the guy is right about wellston but I would bet love was very vanilla.

The always negative comments from a few Ironton posters are exactly why everyone but Ironton fans dislike Ironton. You would think adults on a public forum would not be so juvenile to berate other teams and their facilities. Every school has its own issues. Anyone could say that Tanks stadium has great history, but poor parking, limited seating and an inadequate sound system. But I still like attending games there . I also Love Ashland's top loading stadium. Boyd County has a nice place with a really cool light show that makes the game even more exciting. I get it if you do not care for one team or another, But calling the school with one of most up to date facilities a dump. If you can't say something nice well you know You can do better.

Rock Hill has a great Stadium and field parking is ok but the facilities are great.
As for the team I can see a 5-5 record maybe 6-4 with some luck.
Minford game is the toss up to a .500 record or a winning record South Point will be a tough game for them winnable but tough.

In the past, some of Ironton's better players came from Rock Hill.

The immature imbecile /keyboard cowboy strikes again !! Your intellect and ability to post such astute responses leads one to believe that you likely attend their junior high or you got internet in momma's basement this year and you are exploring new boundaries.

Yup. Sure they do. Lmao
Let’s let it play out. Bet you won’t get on here if I’m right but we will see.
Thats fair. Lets see.
How about coach love? Has done a great job. Saw one of their games. They’ve won the ones they should have. Will have a winning season and won the first playoff at home in school history.

How many winning teams did they beat total?

Glad to see Rock Hill have a good season. Now I know some on here are like “ the teams they beat didn’t have winning records.” But, the new coach didn’t decide who was on the schedule, those are usually made up in advance.
The most important thing is, he has made believers out of his players. Give him a couple more years of building up the program and I’ll think they’ll be just fine.

The playoffs provide them the opportunity to beat good teams. Will they?

I’m not saying Rock Hill will have the success Ironton has had, but Pendleton’s first Ironton team only beat 2 6-win teams his first year, the other wins were against teams with losing records and they lost in the first round of the playoffs, so it is possible for coach Love to build something at the Hill
