Buldog, you could brag. You only missed the final score on your prediction by just one point. You thought that Portsmouth would get their extra point.
Speaking of which, that was a nice run back by Jonathan Royster for the TD. That sophomore is probably the fastest kid in Scioto or any contiguous county. Derek Roback of Waverly and Tyler Craigmiles of Wheelersburg should have comparable speed but it would be a tough finishline call on the 100m dash with those three running.
WK 3 (1-1) Portsmouth @ (2-0) Wheelersburg

rabbit... Thanks for reminding me. I meant to BRAG in the previous post. I have been pretty close in picking Burgs scores. Ironton I think I had Burg winning 24-21. SP game Burg 24-14 and now Burg over PHS 28-7. I was also close in picking the SP and West score. Maybe I should be playing the lottery.

Nice win by the Pirates. Trojans need to keep their heads held high. They have the potential to be a nice team. Like someone said above, Trojans need to figure out a way to get the ball more to White and Johnson. Both are speedsters in IMO, need to get more touches. I would either run them out of the backfield or run them on end arounds or throw them bubble screens. They have the capabilities of turning a 5 yard pass into a 70 yard TD.
Would have like to seen the Burg throw the ball more. Brandon Schankweiler throws a very nice ball and with the mis-matches the Burg receivers had in the game, they could have thrown the ball all night.

Where's PHS great O-line at? They have two of the best O-line in the state and the coach is quoted as saying they can't protect the QB and give him anytime to pass or run? He also said teams are putting 8 men in the box and rushing the passer. West shut them down too. PHS will be 3-7 this year. PHS must not have a RB either.
