No. It was good call. Block in the back.Purplesage wrote: Fri Nov 03, 2017 9:13 pmOk and the riders had TD called back on a BS call so it's even!!!Hylander wrote: Fri Nov 03, 2017 8:17 pm Martins Ferry scored after a 4th down stop was negated by a defensive holding flag. Terrible call from what I saw.

I'll describe what I saw!! Rider blocking normally...Ball carrier runs by behind Sens player... Players turns around and trips over his own feet without contact... Ref throws flag !!! So that's what I saw and on your complaint it was an easy call jersey was stretched out about 8"!!!Westfan wrote: Fri Nov 03, 2017 11:47 pmNo. It was good call. Well I'm not the type to go back through the posts and quote about negative things said but I'm sure that anyone that saw that game last night will say those were two very very tough hardnosed teams that beat on each other the entire game!!! Both had faults both had some nice plays but neither broke in the red zone!! I think the main difference was at the QB position!! Our QB was, no other way to put it, terrible last night !!! 5-11 for 20 yds wont cut it when your ground game is leaving you 3 Rd and more than 5 occasionally!!! Other factor was you can't tackle what you can see or grab ... ie short munchkin running backs!!! darn that boy was a slippery sucker !! Haha!! As for other comments posted here... That field was gorgeous and absolutely not a factor great job maintenance folks!!!!! Both teams played good but not great as there were quite a few sloppy penalties and special teams issues but the defenses were spectacular!!!! Congrats to the Siders and good luck next week I think J-M brings a similar style and size to my Riders but I have not seen them this year just past experience
