From what I can gather from inside sources, nothing will be considered until Spring 2008 (Whatever that means). That tells me it will be down to one of three applicants from within the system.

I'm sorry, two from within, one from outside.

I agree that RV and SG should play each other. Imagine the size of that gate.

Guys, the SG/RV idea has been brought up over and over and OVER again...as much as a lot of us Gallia Countians would like to see it, and as much as the gate would be (WOW)....IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN....

I have a idea of who the "within" guys are.....but would LOVE to know who the "outside" guy or guys are??? :?:

there is no excuse. . .and its impossible for there to be one

plus its what south gallia needs. . a marked win. . in what i think has been the best growth/resurgence whatever you wanna call it in football in SEO. .
RV just needs a new school building facilities ect. . and that school will be just fine

Burleson has turned SG around. Why would they need to upgrade?

I'm not 100% on this guys, but from what I have heard and been told through the last 10-11 years, is that when RV was split and SG was opened (which was my senior year 96-97), it was a agreement made by the schools and the board of education, that the two schools would not play each other in sports, especially football. Now, they have played in a few other sports, but football was definitely the main sport in the non-playing discussion. BUT, again this is just what I heard and was told through the grapevine...take it as it is.....

BBallin Fool.......I dont think either end of the county is scared (hope you arent accusing RV of that by the way  ) I just think that the higher-up's will not let it happen...nothing to do with a particular school or who is and isnt scared...BUT, take that as it is too! :)
