Re: 2009 SEOAL Previews: Logan Chieftains
This year's team is the culmination of a great run of Logan teams. One of the most anticipated seasons in Logan history. The year before it was the final season of Bill Sauer field. Last year was the inaugural season of Chieftains Stadium. This year it is pure football. This senior class is perhaps the most talented of any single class for a long time to bear the Chieftains name. They may not win it all but they will be remembered for a long time in the land of the SEOAL.

Has this senior glass lost a SEOAL game going back to the 7th grade?

And as Logan Tomahawks teams (most of them), they lost 3 games in four full seasons, winning two "Super Bowls" and runners-up one other year.

Did Logan have a 7 on 7 at Westfall this weekend, if so how did they do?

I don't believe Jesse Arnold is playing this year. Still recovering from an injury.

I love who we schedule for these things.
Imagine being at a Nascar race and the dude comes out "I would like to introduce, SNOOP DOGG and Bob Barker to sing the nation anthem and to start your engines"

I've only got returning players that were on the roster last year. Any transfers/additions/sophomores will be added when I get a final roster in August.
I've got Alex listed on the depth chart though.
Anyone know for sure about Arnold? Hate to hear that he might still be struggling with an injury.

Re: 2009 SEOAL Previews: Logan Chieftains
the d backs looked really good today. i saw about 6 picks against cincy eiken and maybe 3 or 4 against bexley.
logan score just about everytime they had the ball. the receivers looked like they where running good crisp patterns.
didn't see angle play though. our backup qb's looked pretty good though. but, what i liked most was the focus we had. if a logan player was not in, he was on 1 knee at the 50 yd line watching, not on the sideline happy jacking.
alexander was a no show, i think. the last i heard they were coming.

I'll try and find out.
Thanks for the update on the 7 on 7. Sounds like the Chiefs are on the right track. Not sure what you can really tell from a 7 on 7, taking away linemen makes the game a heck of a lot easier! LOL
