It was 38-7 at halftime in favor of Ashland (ended up 51-7). Greenup came out fired up and scored on their first possession, but after that it was almost all Ashland. You can read my write-up about it here: http://seonekpreps.com/v2/showthread.php?t=6192
Greenup County ran the belly out of a trips backfield. They didn't pass the ball once in the first half until the last play. They have a big, slow line which was getting completely blown off the ball by the 2nd quarter and their play-calling is very predictable. They ran the same QB sweep at least 5 times and it got no gain or lost yardage every time I can remember. They have a very good back in Corey Lyle (#33) who got 2/3 of Greenup's first-half offensive output in two 40-yard+ runs (the first was their lone TD). Other than him, they have a few other, smaller runners but he's by far their biggest weapon.
