You are correct it depends on what the plan is. If it's to satisfy certain influential folks you could be right. But if it's to get the ball in the hands of 48 as much as possible the chances are good that NY can pull it off. I have underlined the parts of your post that hits the nail on the proverbial head.

Note of interest: If I were going to run a three back offense I would use the three best running backs and bring the best passer on the team in to throw passes. Regardless of what someone's dad might think. :o
Sounds like someone might have a kid on the team that thinks they might not be getting the ball as they think they should be. :o :o
Sounds like a parent who is unhappy with how his boy is being used!
Wrong. I do not know anyone from Nelsonville. Hell I was rooting for Newark Catholic.

All you needed to do was ask, instead of jumping to the same weak conclusion often jumped to on here, when one voice opinion on a player.

Rooting for the Buckeyes in a tough match up.

LC by 3 scores.

Good luck and good health to both teams.

NYBuckeye96 if you're out there, or maybe O&B, or really anyone that could answer the question...

is this the farthest trip NY was made for a regular season contest?

Before the NY faithful start complaining about the coaching remember this saying.
Sometimes it's the X's and O's and some times it's the Jimmy's and Joe's. Well IMHO Jimmy and Joe are very average!

Did NY make changes to the offensive game plan or was it the same as it has been.

No, not a knock on anyone. It was only a question.

Yes. This set the record for the longest road trip for the Buckeyes. 202 miles.

The previous record was a road game against the Alliance Aviators. 153 miles.

NY also played a road playoff game against Ashland Crestview. 140 miles.

Last night, NY played only 17 miles from Tontogany Otsego, the team NY beat in the 1981 State Championship Game played in Groveport.

The Bucks really got it handed to them in the second half. Turnovers will kill any chance to win...

Time to regroup Buckeyes.
