Maybe pick up Trimble instead of Eastern from the Hocking. They are consistently good and would be a challenge for RV year in and year out.

I like playing Eastern though, not a far commute for me, but I understand they do not prepare us for the playoffs. They are getting better and better every year, but RV needs to trade them for a tougher team.
