and regardless of the fact you are a SODY countian, the OBDTF still like to break bread with you and that little roofing buddy of yours and also that long lost flyboy cousin you have..............

on topic, Jackson is one of my favorite venues to travel to. An excellent stadium and good fans and you can count on 2 smash-mouth teams going at it for 48 minutes.........as usual I make no predictions but I do expect both team to put their best effort forward.........and let's hope for a dry nite this go around.............. :!: :!:

This game will tell a lot about both teams. Is Jackson that good, or is Ironton just a middle of the road SEOAL team this season?

I'm looking forward to seeing how this one turns out.

Good luck to both teams.

First real test for Jackson IMO and as long as Ironton doesnt turn the ball over Itown wins by 3+ scores

The Ironton fans have been very complimentary of Alumni Stadium and I think they might like it even more this time around. There have been some additions to the pre-game atmosphere that really get things going prior to kickoff. It's mostly just music and things of that nature, but I think it definitely adds to the anticipation of the game and raises the intensity level. It's obviously geared more toward Jackson than the visiting team, but I think everyone in the stadium can really feel a difference.

:122249 This should be a great game. Two solid programs, with much on the line. Being at Jackson, I will give the slight edge to the Ironmen by the closest margin. But this has to be a pick-em game, too close to call, so I'll go out on a limb and say 3 to seven points either way. Good luck to both teams.

Ironmen gets rocked this week, tis is the first tough team they played this year.
Add up the wins and losses of the team they have beaten so far.

As usual the OBDTF will be pregaming at one of the local watering holes and we wont be listening to music.........it takes more than music to get our game-face on..........

with respect to music at basketball games, I have no objection to any of it but I do have an objection to whoever is playing it decides everyone within 30 miles of the gym should be listening as well........turn the volume down a little.............

I think that the Jackson Coaching staff will help keep it close. But, I watched what Ironton done to The Burg, and I don't think Jackson will be able to stop Ironton for four quarters.

One thing I liked about Ironton, was the QB, he runs the show and I think he can pass, if you make him. He might be the difference in the game. Jackson will have a hard time stopping the run. The fullback is very tough, with about four guys that play halfback. They all can run the ball.

It will be a hard hitting game!
