West will win this one by 3 scores. I think this could be the best group of football players West has seen since Alfie Bricker and Co, and that is saying alot!

I think the one thing West lacks is a true leader on the team.

WEST is going to have a real hard time keeping the panthers out of the endzone! I think this game will be a GREAT game to watch and a closer score than you think! BUT...im still going to stick with my SIDERS to win this game!

I think this is what makes this team. You might not have just one star. Every starter on this team has made an impact at one time or another. Tell me who the leader of the state final team was. And I'll ask you what game? Not alot of these seniors are cheerleaders, but if the underclassmen watch them, and buy into their work ethic. Then we'll be fine. OSU 77 have you seen these kids in the weight room? Position by position, I'd put them against any team in the county!6

agree. They may not have alot of vocal guys, but they have alot of good, hard-workin guys that get along well and lead by example. I think Ratliff has tried to lead more and that is what you want to see out of your quarterback. He helped "will" that team to victory against Portsmouth.

West people thought this team would be really good this year, but outside of us, West has kinda flew under the radar. These boys are gonna surprise alot of people the next few weeks.

SOC - yes, playoffs - no. I really don't see them getting beat during the regular season but I also can't see them making it very far in the playoffs. All of southeastern Ohio football is pretty down this year. They might be rolling over every team they play, but they haven't faced any real competition this year. Even thought 'Peake is good, they're nowhere near to being great.

West might not win a playoff game. They aren't easy to win. We may loose tonight and to Valley and not make it at all. But I'll tell you what, if you look at this team their are few weaknesses. No stars, but the average talent at every position is very-very good.

Some people are down on them. But remember we just got Conway Cooper back a couple weeks ago, and he may be the most dominant Defensive linemen in the area. Auger has been nicked up all year. They are just starting to find an offensive identity. The last couple years we came into the season knowing exactly who was gonna be the skill players and what the offensive plan was. This year their still figuring it out. When they get it together, watch out.

I've went to alot of D5 playoff games. I've seen few teams that have the size, skill, and depth that this team has in the trenches. If we can get to the playoffs and get a good draw, we can make a deep run. But their is alot of business to tend to first.

Same score at half. The teams are a lot more matched up than I expected.
