If he does leave for Wellston who would be the next in line at Oak Hill to take over? Would the next hire come from within, or would they look outside? Not trying to down the Oaks, but I don't know how much interest they would get for this job because with the exception of last year, and what should be a good season in 2010 Oak Hill has been a hard place to win.

Just a thought but what about former ND coach Kyle McKnight?
