Sigler 's best was 11.1

Don't forget Graham is a real good 110 hurdler too.Logan didn't use him over the last couple of year because of the other three hurdlers.

The 2011 track season might get him a --11.3 100---16.00 110----2300 200--if he does what Sigler did he might get down to 11.00----high 15s.

Siglers 100 time between his jr year and sr year was [11.8 to 12.2]----[11.1 to 11.4]

Top 7 returning 100 meter dash runners from SEOALs this season.

1 Austin Wilson 11 Gallia Acade 11.52
2 Jonathan Royster 11 Portsmouth 11.65
3 Brandon Graham 11 Logan 11.74
4
5 Ethan Moore 11 Gallia Acade 12.07
6 Jared Rutter 11 Logan 12.10
7 Cameron Cowan 11 Warren 12.42
8 Tres Wilks 11 Ironton 12.44

I know most are football players as well. Is worth saying that Royster was battling a bad hamstring during SEOAls and into districts. Jon ran a 10.8 out to West earlier in the season(stop watch time).

Logan's fastest boy in the 100 was out during the league meet--[Stimmel] and he returns.
It will really be nice to see Royster run with out problems. I watched him in the 8th grade and it seems he has been hurt every year since.

Noreply, you are right I had forgotten about Stimmel. I see on the SEOAL updates you have him at an 11.32 was that on a stop watch or an automated system.
I'm thinking Roysters fastest time on an automated system was an 11.1 at districts in 2008. I would really like to see these 2 Wilson, and some others all be able to go at it healthy sometime. Maybe 2011 SEOAL will allow us this opportunity.
Truthfully we can all spout off names and compare times till we are blue in the face but we all know it’s really only important how they move on the field.
