If the poster had said somthing like, keep your heads up,

Since Andy Hall took over at Jackson, I think he has made a concerted effort to build depth within the program. There are almost always young guys rotating in and seeing significant playing time, and it has paid off on many occasions. Now is another time that it will pay off.

Jackson lost two great players before the season even started, and now they've lost several other key players for various reasons. The "next man up" approach is something that the kids believe in, they all work hard, and they know that they have to step up. Meigs is a solid football team, but I think if Jackson plays their game and doesn't turn the ball over, they'll get to 6-2. Can't be looking ahead to those last two games...must be focused and take care of business this week.

I will always root for the TVC over the SEOAL.
I like to cheer for the David's when they play the Goliath's.
To Meigs I would say,,, play with PRIDE, HEART , and DETERMINATION.
DO NOT take any down off.
You don't have to be the biggest, fastest or strongest to succeed, use your head and figure out a way to get the job done.
When the final tick rolls off the clock know that YOU did your best.
Hold your head high.
RESPECT the game!!!!!

When the TVC lasts 100 years I guess you can poke fun of the SEOAL

All good things must come to an end I was once told...and so it is for those of us that played in it and have watched SEOAL teams for so many years, not sure the why there is such enthusiasm with the "Ding Dong" comment, sounds like you might be one to offer up such a remark.

Good luck to the Ironmen this Friday, Meigs will be a tough opponent, so we need to prepare accordingly. Go Red!

Either way I'm just glad our kids can play. It's hard for the JV to get experience when your opponents keep canceling.
