Exactly kool-aid...the kittys dont have claws anymore. just a bunch of kitties who cant run the ball more the twice without needing oxygen and taking 10 plays off, dont block very well, not disciplined, and not tough like Trimble teams used to be. The king of the hocking is no more... says the King of Kings. Trust me I know, I am the King of Kings. That performance last night has all your opponents knowing you have no claws, no teeth, and a lot of problems.

...and the self proclaimed superstars down on the fence signing autographs while the team is still scrimmaging. that wont cut it in weeks one, or two. instead of worrying about being the best this or the best that ever at trimble, you might want to focus on being a team, and trying to win week one. it is going to take the whole team. just a suggestion from a fan.

they have options there, choose not to use him

yes and there is a player or two who refuses to help out where he is needed. maybe due to feelings expressed in your post. again, be a team player instead of thinking me or my boy should be playing here or there. it is a team effort, not a matter of who's son plays where.

To me there is no reason a player should not play where the team needs him to. No matter what his dad says. Maybe that is just me, but I think that is what separates the great teams from the rest. Unselfishness that is.

As his dad you should tell him to play where he is needed. That is all the detail I need to discuss. I don't even know what player you are talking about. But to me it doesn't matter, he should play where needed. Also, as a player's dad I would think you would be on here supporting the team instead of posting about them not giving your son chance at a certain position. But I know sometimes dad's don't see it that way, nor do the players.

I see you deleted your post. That is good, but I will leave mine up. I think in today's world that message needs to be seen by a lot of parents and players alike.

wasnt deleting just changing, i support my son and always will. he is old enough to decide what is best for him. I know everything that went on and what was said and not many others do. so really no one should spout off about him. also no one even knows what i tell him or encourage him to do. if you want to know who i am just ask i have no problem letting you know.

I really don't care who you are, but you seem bent on telling everyone so that is up to you. I am not hard to find either on or near the sidelines of every game, supporting EVERY player and coach out there. You joined in a bashing discussion about another player, spouting off about "they have options but choose not to use him" I think is what you said. Then someone brought up about players being selfish and it appeared to upset you thinking they were talking about your son apparently. Looks like you brought him into the conversation. It is hard to stay up though cause you keep changing your posts. Like I said I just wish ALL the players would help out wherever they are needed and that their parents would encourage them to do so. But I know that is not likely and that almost always hurts the team.

Hehe^^ Whompas has a point. I'll give him that.... However, I'd say since both teams are 'run-first' that the returning RB's aren't the ones to look at. The returning LINE is. A 3 year old could run through holes if the line is good enough. Hmmm?
Let's hear some!

OK I am REAALY confused... :122248 ...did that fat QB from Southern transfer to Trimble? And now he is mad because the Cats need him n the line?

I'll give my thoughts on the game as we approach actual game time. For now, I'll play along with the bashing! :)

Trimble is excited about the opening game because that game is basically their entire season. It is the only exciting game they play. Week 1 is the NY Buckeyes! Week 2-10 is the boring old SVAC, I mean TVC Hocking! Be sure to bring your jammies and blankies with you the last 9 weeks of the season, because that is going to be a genuine snooze fest! ;-)

I try to understand the bashing of the coaches and players...still can't figure it out. It tells me the age or the intelligent level of some though.
Just got back from the NY/New Lex scrimmage and the bucks bring out another horse from the stable in Dustin Young. The 4-4 defense is new and with no practice in it..it showed in the beginning. Saw a lot of sucking water between plays so conditioning at this point needs to be addressed. Overall, Bucks "O" dominated. Going to be an exciting year against a bunch of good teams.
Onto the NY/Trimble game...we in Buckeye Nation know the Cats return a bunch. This game will be another "nail biter" as always and as it should be. Some of the prediction are ridiculous so all of you that are giving points by the margin that you are stating..I'll take the bet for any amount that you want to put up. Prediction....BUCKS WIN...by how many?...who cares...

Just sayin....
