If HB 5 survives a referendum vote by the people, there won't be any senority in school districts. They could name either coach head coach. Don't think coach Boston would have too much to worry about.

It does not matter if the other team knows what your going to run if you do it right. They can not stop you.
Amen. I knew someone would finally get the right answer. There are a lot of different factors that influence what type of system a team will run. The teams that are best able to execute their schemes are the ones that win consistently. I think Kettering Alter runs the very antiquated wishbone with some degree of success.
Alter is one of the schools who can say they had a sub par year when they go 11-3 and get beat by Hartley (1 pt) in the state semis. They expect and do have success in all three (football, basketball and baseball) major sports almost every year with their location and population area along with being a Catholic school with a very successful history.

I always like to watch Alter in Canton, they play the game the way I think it should be played, very physical. :-D

I have to guess you are referring to SB 5? If it does survive there will be no more full time AD positions in this part of the state. Therefore, those who do not teach will probably be looking for work. Not too many can survive on a coaching salary alone.

What is an average "stipend" for coaches nowadays in SEO. If you don't have a teaching job then it's not even a question about looking for work elsewhere in the state or another state unless you have another full time job outside the school system but most schools now, unless you have an unlimited budget, try to hire from within and have for years.
