Time to stop getting our boys beat up for money and schedule someone we can compete with.

Glad to see you finally admit that you have to schedule the smaller schools to COMPETE. I hear IRONTON IS LOOKING FOR GAMES!!!!

Like I said We will compete better against Northland and a win is very possible! Monday at school we should be able to check the young mens minds and see if the beatdown is still in there heads. After reviewing what I saw Friday night we must tighten up our defense on the outsides and backfield. If Northland scouted us they will run to the outsides all night. If we can stop them look for logan to win 20 - 14 Looks like it might be a wet night.

Where do you see anything about smaller schools?

I have been reading here for about 5 years now. I played on the '63 & '64 teams. It is so easy to support a team that is winning...It so hard to support a team that is struggling. Back in the day, we had great support and a huge following regardless of the wins or losses. I am sorry to see that has changed. Shame on all you fair weather fans. You must be new to Logan. Folks that have lived in Logan all their lives aren't like that, are you?

Logan had a ton of fans in the stands Friday night.
Back in the 60s we didn't have computers to have the non-supporters show up.
I might be one to get down on them but I have gone to and supported the Chief from the 50s and always will.

your absolutely right about supporting winning and losing teams...because of some certain circumstances I try to go to a home game if I'm in town but it also doesn't help when the tickets are six bucks which is ridiculous....high ticket price (at least for a high school game) plus a team that isn't winning on a consistent basis isn't the best combination.

I don't know if the tickets at Logan are higher than other places or not. I do know so places charge to park and with their game ticket it is more. I do know that Logan track tickets are cheaper than most places that I go to.

Look for a tight close game with the Chiefs coming out on top 20-13, but watch out we have always had trouble with Columblus area teams!

I am not from the Logan area, but have always respected their program through thick and thin. Every school goes through spells when their programs are down for various reason's. When a program is struggling, that is when the player's need everyone's support. These are just young men playing a game they love to play. Yes they want to win every game. But when they lose, that is not the time to get down on the players. Good Luck to the Chief's, will continue to follow ans support your team

There needs to be care taken when disecting certain criticisms on here. I support the team. 4 season tickets and reserved parking costs $250 and I happily pay it. I support the athletic department and genuinely root for the kids. But to accept mediocrity is mediocre itself. This program holds itself to a high standard. I'm sure no one is more disappointed than the players and coaches about the last few years records. If this is an abboration, so be it. But it is too easy to slip into the frame that this is the best the program can do. History proves it isn't. The fans must be patient but not complacent.

On a side note, I agree, through thick and thin support your team. Good Luck
