Coaching can only do so much, but maybe the excitement of new coach who has excellent credentials, and one of the better head coaches in the area as an assistant will keep some kids.
Triplett's reputation is taking bad teams and making them competitive. I do not know how much he will be involved in the program building aspect, but he could help.
Ted is respected by many coaches in the state. I would think he may draw another high-quality assistant or two that wants to help him out. An all-star staff doesn't always equate to wins though, but it could help .
I don't know if it will work out or not. East, Symmes Valley, and Oak Hill will all be tough. Notre Dame will probably be down, but will Green have enough to beat them?
