If you think the Noles haven't heard the rumors floating around in regards to Circosta and Schuerman hanging up the whistle you're crazy. I wouldn't mind being a fly on the wall for the pre-game speech. The best way to shut down a passing team is simple, pressure the quarterback. Blitz em all night long and make the quarterback uncomfortable. Hoping MC has a good week of practice and represents Woodsfield well Friday night.

If this is Jay's last game, it was fun! Over 300 wins, a field house full of banners and championship trophies. Not to mention the amount of respect opposing teams and fans have for Monroe Central football. Being a part of the MC program everyone associated knows what it is like to have a target on your back every week because of the success the program has year after year.

Being recognized as the winningest coach in OVAC history isn't a bad way to end a career if this is indeed his last season.
I believe Monroe Central will come out with fire in its eyes...one of those Remember the Titans speeches.... "leave no doubt they'll remember the night (Centerburg) played the Seminoles" which was a pretty good scene in that movie.

I'm thinkin' this could be the best game of the night in D6.

No one has said anything about not respecting Centerburg. Just simply saying, it appears MC will have a lot to play for. If you have read any of the local papers it is obvious that Circosta respects the Centerburg team. Same goes for the Centerburg head coach talking highly of Levi Brown and Curtis Nixon.

With that being said, this will be a heck of a good game. IMO this is a perfect match up.

I am really surprised to see how many people think MC may win this game. I am expecting a fairly close game at half, but a pretty comfortable win by Centerbury in the end. Something like 35-13. Hope I am wrong.
