Nice to see Caldwell looking strong. Maybe three quality teams vying for the title. It would be fun if this comes down to the last couple weeks of the season.

Bellaire's tb did not play second half against River. He had 115 yards at the half. Bellaire does not have a replacement for him if the injury is serious. Paper reported cramps, not sure that is accurate. Bellaire Offense has six sophs and one freshman. Defense was playing seven sophs and a freshman in the second half. The replacements are also sophs.

These sophs are good, very good. Three started last season as freshmen. The freshman this season is also the fastest kid on the team and scored against River.

I hope Caldwell can give Bellaire a run, I'm not getting to optimistic yet, I was told by a few people who went last night that Fairfield Christian probably has no chance of winning a game. If we can play with Bellaire I'll start getting excited again
