Heard on radio newscast that a player spoke at board meeting and said most of the team supported Downs and wanted him back and that the wins will be coming....then said none of the board members commented but Super thanked him for his words.
Was it a harsh tone towards the board or just the board agreed no one would comment? Just sounded weird. Kid has the courage to stand up in front of elected officials and administration and didn’t even get a thank you or a professional answer from any board member?
Wasn’t that how that VC student went about getting new schools going for VC and really all of southern Ohio about 25 years ago?
