They did some new stuff last week. They are starting to open the entire playbook. In the reg season only ran about 50 % of the plays.
Could be because we only had 50% of a season lmao im jk kinda....

I don't know what was new, but even in the game with Wellston, I could see they were mostly just using the basic playbook. Dive, off tackle, sweep, counter, and option was 90% of it. Wellston covered the passing game really well, so with a big lead, they just ground out first downs with the base package.

I can’t believe they would want to get away to anything but that. I guess it is nice to have another package just in case that does get stopped. But it is going to take one Heckuva physical fundamentally sound defensive football team to stop Fort Frye.

Last week they ran shotgun. Actually when Chandler Lang was QB that’s all the ever ran it was spread wing-t. Coach Huck has adjusted the wing-t based on his QB.

Also Brayden Medley deserves more recognition he’s been so good he leads the team in TFLs and Sacks. He has 7 sacks about a sack per game.

After listening to the opening drive on the radio, this game is going to get out of hand pretty quick. FF's line is going to dominate, and the Nubian's speed won't help them with the size, speed, and talent of the skilled players for the Cadets. Hope for no injuries and the Cadets move on in good health to next week.
