I hope they put up some decent numbers No running up the middle not going to be able to do it with the big line they have
Hope defensive steps up also and Sanfillipo gets a couple sacks and puts pressure on the Qb

Moonshine, I think you're right. You can talk about SoS all you want, but once you hit the field in the playoffs anything can happen. Im expecting a close game 8 points or less with the Tigers coming out on top in this one.
The keys in this game is 1. No turnovers 2. Stopping the run. If the Tigers can do that they will win. Our backs and line is good enough to have long time killing scoring drives. We hold them 3 and out a few times and have long scoring drives we win.

I agree tigercannon71 that will be the key turnovers but this Ironton team has been getting better and the defense is outstanding and the line is opening them holes up gotta keep the faith and believe in these young men.

No doubt in my mind this games gonna be a battle,I don't think SOS will be a factor, the factor will be jtowns running game and I think by 4th qter Jtown pulls it out of reach, being from jtown and close to the program our boys know they have a tough challenge ahead and will be ready

i can't wait for this one, and between you, me and the fencepost, i always loved road games. i have no idea of a score. but johnstown is 11-0, they gotta be doing things right. ironton is 7-4 but this is the toughest schedule i ever remember them playing. and i still say that pays dividends saturday. but like most have said, we must tackle well, and eliminate the turnovers. looking forward to a great game.--------------AND GO TIGERS.

JM may have the dynamic backs with some big numbers but throw those out the window on Saturday. I'm sure that this Ironton defense will be the most physical they have seen all year ( i may be wrong though). Coach Lutz knows how to defend teams with two backs that can run, he has done time and time again, the defensive scheme will force JM to do something they are not comfortable with. If Coach Lutz can keep Carlos Snow and Vinny Clark in check, im sure he can find a way to do with the JM backs on Sat. Now for the Tiger offense, pass blocking has been a big issue all year, there was or 3 pass plays ran against AC but couldnt tell because the play couldnt develop, if the Tigers can step up and hit a few passes down the field to loosing up the defense they will be hard to stop. Still trying to get my eating plans down for this one, with lack of time I may be looking at Mcdonalds instead of BIg Boy on the way up! Go Tigers!

Yea vs AC we had some receivers absolutely wide open but didn't have enough time for the play to develop. AC was bringing the house about every play. From what I saw we were 3 scores better than AC but the turnovers kept it close. I look for a pretty good game Sat in the 1st half but the Tigers will pull away in the 2nd. Johnstown will find out that we are on a different level than anyone they have played this year. Ironton and Coshocton are the cream of region 15 this year. Go Tigers

Ironton is good, but not 3 scores better than a-c. People seem to overlook that a-c turned it over twice also (1 of those completely unforced). Don't get me wrong, I think itown wins this one, but let's not get ahead of ourselves.

Yea, but the three Ironton tunrovers lead to scores. So without those Ironton finishes the drive and scores hence a 3 TD difference.

Don't doubt those Johnnies. If you haven't seen them play then you don't know what your getting in to. They are not 11-0 because of a weak schedule it is because they are good! It's gonna be a good game. Good luck to all and see you there!

Ok, if you want to assume they would have scored (why I'm not sure). I could assume the same about the ints also. Plus, forced turnovers are just part of the game. It's not as if itown just dropped handoffs or snapped it over the punters head.
