D’Edrick Graves. And as another poster eluded to Huntington did get a transfer in from I believe George Washington in Charleston. Would lead one to believe he will not see those numbers there again this transferringohbuckeye2 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 20, 2024 7:44 pmHe had 493 yards rushing in 12 games last year from what I came up with.

Re: 2024 Ironton Fighting Tigers
Ironton RB room is stacked but with his size he would be a great ILB beside the leading tackler ILB Austin Bump

I know nothing about the legitimacy of him coming to Ironton. I did see several HHS games last year. He was by no means their top rb option. Basically an occasionally used fullback/eyeback. With a few carries a game. From what I saw he was a strong between the tackles runner with strength and fair speed. Also decent at pass protect. He did play a fair amount at linebacker. Had a strong build and solid athlete.

It is still alleged that he is transferring to Ironton it was on a WV msg board so take that as you will. Someone also posted on there about a transfer into Rock Hill from WV

So he don’t want the competition and he’s cutting and running , but he wants to play D1 ? Don’t waste your time.

A few Ironton players are friendly w some Huntington kids. Theres also a few loose fam ties just like all the other nearby areas. Lutz also had a few really good athletes from Huntington years ago. The borders between kids and areas isnt there anymore like it was in 1990 or 80 or 70 and so on. Social media changed all that. Now because of their similarities they are in each other algorithim. Theres still rivalry but its not what it was. Because life is such a contact sport now and the world has access to you as much as we do it, via device, everybody is up in everybody else all day long, its no barrier or them & us anymore. Aint no more mystery. Or limited access. These kids are at same camps etc and have each others everything from twitter to tik tok to IG & on and on. I dont think transfering is looked at as negatively present day as it seems to be on seops. Seems like the sentiment is kinda dated imo.

I think Ironton will be happy if they can go 7-3 I'm sure they would rather go 8-2 or better but with that schedule they have it's going to be hard to do but not impossible.
They are loaded at the skill level with talent the difference maker will be the OL if they can perform with out making silly penalties that beat them self's

Ahh. I guess woofin from a shallow end of a competition pool about a child being afraid of "competition" is ok energy where you are at for a grown man. I can't lie & say I am flabbergasted by that or shocked. lol That checks out. They should really nickname southeastohio south hate ohio. Bitterest buncha cry baby chest thumpin big talkin but also biggest victim at the same time demo in the entire state. Stupid take. Waste of a comment.fbnut wrote: ↑Sun Mar 24, 2024 12:36 pmSounds like itLarry Fine wrote: ↑Sat Mar 23, 2024 1:11 pmTri_State79 wrote: ↑Sat Mar 23, 2024 12:26 pm
