Think that's a little to close to Wheelersburg plus the parking is terrible. Could be wrong but I'm thinking, Waverly, Valley or possibly JacksonP(irate) wrote:Portsmouth.greygoose wrote:34-14, 2:05 remaining looks to be ZT vs Burg next week. Probably played at Waverly

ZT had three interceptions and each one was their athletes making great plays. Alexander had another three fumbles and two turn over on downs. I agree ZT should have gotten more respect for an undefeated season. They were faster and more aggressive than Alexander was most of the night. When the Spartans took care of the ball we were able to compete, but you cannot have 6 turnovers in a game and expect any different of an outcome. Alexander was equally dealing with injuries, but I guess that is part of the game.
Very proud of the Spartans for a great season. They changed the atmosphere in Albany. Thanks to the coaches, players and fans for a great season.
Congratulations to ZT and good luck the rest of the season.

Well said, get to this point in the playoffs you can't turn it over that much and expect to win. As far as injuries, losing starting QB in the middle of the game is a different story as well as the starting center later in the game. As you said injuries are part of it and you have to deal with it luckily for ZT they had a comfortable lead at the time of the injury to the QB because after he went out it changed game that's for sure. It'll be huge for them to get him back for the Burg game. Congrats to Alexander the year you had nothing to hang your heads about just come up against a really good team in ZT.spartans_fan wrote:ZT had three interceptions and each one was their athletes making great plays.
