Well guess what that is his choice just like it has been every other coaches choice in the past. And that wasn't a fight that was defending Westside kids from an A$$hole who was calling them cowards. The same as I would do for any kid from the Westside no matter what their age.

I don't think people are upset about the coaching changes but they are upset about the process. How does it get outside in the community that none of last year’s coaches will be hired back? I think that is a real concern because these past coaches deserve more respect than that. Also how do you hire an assistant coach before the head coach has even been selected? Yes there will always be changes but how you go about them is important not only for the kids but the community itself.

I am 100 percent certain that this didn't happen. They had meetings and they hired Mr Johnson. He knew he had to finish the year at LU so he wouldn't be able to conduct the offseason workouts. He needed someone from the area. Jared's name was given as someone he should talk to. They met and evidently they were on the same page.

West community isnt like Russia but the silence on who the coaches are, taking posts off here, closed practices, closed weights, how the process is to pick coaches and all that is top secret. We arent allowed to make fun of that either? I hope the staff and team are successful and will come to a couple of West games this year. Cant wait for some football. Kiss it.
