Thanks... just saw the final score on the other thread. Raiders must have played pretty well. Especially in that first half.

Re: Week 1 - River Valley @ Federal Hocking
Just as I predicted, RV looked great and i was really impressed with the defense.
Congrats to the coaching staff as well. Any stats on this one?
Don't be satisfied with this victory......don't eat for a week!!!
Next week we will see if this team is for real
But overall, i was impressed!!

RV played well and dominated the line of scrimmage, also as i figured Coach Mcclellan opened up the play book and ran the ball with a physical running game.fuzzhead wrote:I guess I'm going with an 'upset': Fed Hock by 14...
Austin Smith and Kyle Brown ran well. also timely big plays from one of the best Receivers in Southeastern Ohio Trey Noble

Congrats to RV for making me eat crow! Way to end a nasty losing skid and put last year behind you! Build on it!
Re: Week 1 - River Valley @ Federal Hocking
This game was definetly a tale of two halves. 1st half- 27-0 RV, 2nd half- 6-0 FH. Turnovers and unneccesary penalties definetly hurt the Lancers cause in this one. I saw a lot of false starts, and illegal procedure calls last night- both of which do not need to be committed. But regardless, congrats to River Valley on the W. The Raiders definetly took advantage of Federal Hocking's miscues, and also ran the ball very physically. The Lancers are a young an inexperienced group, and hopefully they will learn from this one, and come out next week and get a win. I was very impressed last night with the play of Terrance Mayle on offense and defense. Also, Laquan Wilder played a heck of a game defensively.

Congrats to River Valley on the win, and good luck next week.

It's going to be a long year for Federal Hocking. Looks like they may be back to years past.

Rumor last fall was they were invted and if they came it would be split up into3 divisions. Think it would be the best thing for them.athens78 wrote:River Valley 28 Federal Hocking 0
I've heard River Valley is the next team to be joining the TVC is this true? Has anyone else heard?

As soon as someone tallies them up...
What were the team totals for the game...
Passing Yards for both squads & rushing yards for both squads...
Thanks, Q

I've heard no vote but they will be voted in. Also heard there is enough support for 3 divisions. Also I've heard Gallia has inquired about getting in.
