I hope zt is at full strength so there won't be excuses or whining...good grief...both teams will come to play and both teams will represent..I'm sure it'll be a great game with the Burg pulling away in the second half.

I have rooted for the Burg a lot of years and I could see this game being a low scoring affair. The first team to blink could not have the chance to come back.

Just watched the HS Blitz Recap Program on Time Warner from late last night. In Region 17, the announcers said "Speaking of the number 1 seed, Wheelersburg no problem with Ridgewood...the Pirates moving on BIG 42-21!"

I think if you were at the game and saw some of the uncharacteristic penalties that Burg has not made all year, final should have been 49-7.

I think ZT will be a close game until halftime. If Burg eliminates the dumb penalties and turnovers they had last night, Burg wins by 10+. Hopefully, we learned a lot from last night and those same things are not repeated Friday. :)

Burg is 12-0 and has outscored teams 490-95 this year. Burg scored 34 or more points in 10 out of the 12 games.

ZT is 12-0 and has outscored teams 465-106 this year. ZT scored 34 points or more in 10 out of the 12 games.

Burg opponent's records were 80-58 this year.

ZT opponent's records were 72-64 this year.

OK....enough of my Rainman Stats. Draw your own conclusions :)

Burg brought a large crowd, but not close to feeling up the Logan home side.

This one should be a good game.

If one team turns the ball over and has stupid penalties, that team will lose in this one.

Good luck to both teams.

After being dominated by burg I wouldn't wanna host their playoff game either lol
That's an ignorant statement considering Valley has never hosted a playoff game in round II...     And, I'm fairly certain they cant since they don't have a fence around the dam@ field...Grow up and enjoy your ride, KID!

Abe Froman wrote:If ZT can go and recover from their injuries it sounds like they sustained against Alexander, then this is no slam dunk for Burg.

Otherwise Burg will impose their will I believe if ZT is at 3/4 health.

Burg have their own injuries to deal with...Injuries are part of the game.. Make no mistake , this will be a good game between to undefeated Team's .. Burg had one of their worst games of the season last night with turnovers and penalties , however still good enough to dominate this game.. For the Burg to win moving forward this must and will be cleaned up this week in practice and I have no doubt that will take place for the next game Friday Night... In my opinion they needed a game like this (adversity) to learn from to go all the way.. I am just glad that happened last night and not next week... The Burg will be ready for Friday Night !!!!!

I don't think Burg would mind playing in Chillicothe. Burg will still have the home side and it more than held the Burg crowd last year.

I think Burg and Zane Trace last met in 1983 and Jim Gill was the interim head coach. Coach Ed Miller had taken the year off to be with his son Mark who was sick at the time.

Our quarterback and right tackle went out
Our quarterback had 17 touchdowns through 5 games

When you compare schedules. It's no contest. Burg seems to have played a better tougher schedule.

Really in all aspects Burg should have no issues. But I know that means nothing. ZT will come out in full force. You don't make it here without being good.

I will continue with a Burg prediction 21-14 win maybe even 28-14. The games get tougher. Though it does appear that ZT defense does give up points against good opponents.

Wow! I definitely think Wheelersburg wins, but you guys are giving ZT not credit! They are a very very good football team.
