35-14 Tigers!! Good performance but not great! Still room to improve but the defense sure stepped up. Only 22 yards allowed in the 2nd half!

Good win Tigers played a lot better on both sides of the ball and never got shook up on the turn overs or when Russell tied the score.
Played like a team tonight and tackled a lot better way to Go Tigers. :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

Tristan Cox is a machine. He plays his heart out. He threw that pick in the 3rd and I think he was the 1st player down there to try and make the tackle. He got drilled for his effort, but he tried. Then he definitely got it back for us on his pick for a TD. Tigers looked good, but at times they looked bad. Tackling has to get better as well as special teams. Still it was a good win and I liked how they keep playing and tightened up when Russell started to come back. Still got a ways to go, but I think they will continue to improve this season. Great job Tigers!

Improve every week is the key the right side still continues to be hit hard and gives up big plays it seems but big improvement from last week.
This Ironton team is young but I still believe they are not as bad as they looked against Burg.
As long as they keep improving they will be ok they did tackle much much better tonight next Step beat A.C.

Hey noles fan: It just goes to show it is never too late to turn a season around. However good or bad this season turns out has yet to be determined. One game out of 10 does not a season make.

Russell is down somewhat but glad the Tigers got a win! Good for the moral and good for the team. I am a Burg fan but I respect the tiger tradition!! Good luck next week! Play ON!!

I agree we are definitely looking better but the right side does definitely need some adjustments it seems pretty weak, but on the other hand the left side looks very tough. I seen a lot of really good blocks and plays made last night lets keep up that great work Tigers...

Was impressed with Sherman as well with the younger Webb this Tiger team has talent young Talent but Talent I just believe they was far from ready for a very good Burg team and 3 strait turnovers and short field just crushed this team.
When Russell managed to tie the game the Tigers didn't panic they regrouped and played even harder.
Great win for you tigers.

Glad to see you are being supportive this week rather than calling out 16-17 year kids by # on a public forum! Hopefully next week you'll do the same! Cause I know that will mean that we've won another game!! :122249

If you go back and read my post I never called out any kids the only thing I said was IMO there were a couple that should be getting more play time due to there abilities. I was not being none supportive of anyone just that they need to make some adjustments and they did make several, I just hope they continue to learn and get stronger they have a lot of talent and a lot of kids that plays there hearts out there.

Hey playa_44: Russell is who Ironton happened to play Friday. The players don't control the schedule. One game at a time.

This is a Young Ironton team and the ride side is young as well as the rest of the team.
They will get better as the season goes and that is a good thing Ironton improved in a lot off aspects on both sides of the ball they show speed and hard nose running a few turnovers that can be prevented.
That being said Ironton looked good and even better than most thought possible now A.C. and hopefully go 2-1 get better each game and who knows how good this young team can become.
