I would say transferred out of the school. There are several at the 7th and 8th grade level leaving. A few of them have already enrolled in Ironton. I realize this does not count against the high school numbers but it tells you where RH program is going. I would think if this keeps up RH will not have a football team.

Seen on a post from trojandave in another forum that the preliminary figures after the appeal process took place has been updated, but not finalized yet, and the big difference that I've seen so far, Portsmouth is now 190 instead of 233 for boys and girls is 169 rather than 190. That one difference could make a shake-up in determining the cutoff lines for D-IV/D-V and D-V/D-VI.

It looks like Portsmouth was the only one from Southeast Ohio who's enrollment was readjusted after appealing, unless someone else can find another school who's enrollment changed.
