I have heard that the WV schools were not allowing teams to reschedule and were holding to cancellation payments so Warren and Marietta had their hands tied with the WV games that were on the schedule.

Looks like Logan may be helping MSL fill out their schedules. Teays Valley's bye is week 3 and Logan was originally scheduled to play them week 2 so that would make sense but is not confirmed.
