Ironton is always stingy against the run. If Jackson can control the ball and limit Tiger towns offensive positions I think they can keep it close, but I think Ironton wins 21-7.
I agree 💯, good analysis.

I see this being a tough one for Jackson. Ironton will be focused on the run. I do believe we will see at least 3 field goal attempts by Jackson.

Jackson is inexperienced. Ironton lost 7 All-Ohio players from last year's team. They have 9 new starters on defense and 7 on offense.

The Jackson boys D just might put a damper on the Tigers.

This will be just like the last couple of years, A dog fight that will come down to the very end. Should be very competitive.

Jackson has very capable running backs, still a large amount of how successful that will be depends on their offensive line. I know that it was only the first game of the year, and they are replacing quite a few starters. I'm not sure just how good Logan's defensive front was, but the Ironmen did not dominate with their running game. To be able to have success against the Tigers, I really believe that they will have to have some success in passing the ball. The Ironman QB seemed to be under a lot of pressure more often than not. It's never easy to beat the Tigers in Tank Stadium regardless. Lets hope for an injury free game for both teams.

Losing starters happens every year on high school teams its just how you reload and get your underclassmen ready to play is the mark of a good program so losing starters to graduation is no excuse and Jackson lost a ton of production so did Ironton so did Burg and West portsmouth and so on and so forth

No one making any excuses. However young teams usually take a few games to get that much needed experience. Some teams are very experienced and some are breaking in new kids.

Martinsburg is the first game.
Ironton/Jackson is the nightcap

Appreciate it, last thing do you gotta pay for it on flosports?
Yes sir. Just do the trial and cancel after game. 💯
I have this service year round to watch my Disney Co-Cast member’s daughter in Women’s pro track circuit in 400m.

I see ALL the games listed with time, date & schools EXCEPT THE IRONTON /Jackson GAMe

Even a search brings up nothing when im logged in or out

Just the other games

Is it a blackout for home squad?

Any clarification on the whole flosports situation? For some reason mytowntv is not going to stream the actual home team from what I’ve gathered because it was supposed to be on flosports but flosports is not showing it on their schedule. Sounds like we won’t be able to stream this game now.

Can you buy tickets at the gate for this. Or is it all online?
